No Refund Policy for Services

 

At Octaresearch, we strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients. However, due to the nature of our work, we have instituted a strict no refund policy for all services rendered. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Services: All payments made for services are non-refundable. 

2. Service Acknowledgment: By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the no refund policy.

3. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disagreement regarding the services provided, customers are encouraged to contact us directly within of service delivery. We will review the issue and work to resolve it to the best of our ability but will not issue refunds.

4. Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be documented and approved by Compliance Head.

5. Policy Changes: Our no refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Octaresearch. Any changes will be communicated to clients; however, they will only apply to future services and not to any services already rendered.
